Admin Panel

The admin panel is used by admin users to access user and project management tools for the customer. To access the admin panel press on the wrench in the upper right corner.

When the admin panel has been opened, the admin user can choose either Project management by clicking on the projects button or User management by clicking on the users button.

Project management

In the projects management view, admin users can create a new project, modify an existing project, disable projects, reactivate disabled projects and change project user permissions.

Create a project

1. To create a new project, press on the wrench in the upper right corner to enter the admin panel

Modify a project

1. To modify a project, press on the wrench in the upper right corner to enter the admin panel

6. Press on the save button

Change user permissions to a project

1. Press on the wrench in the upper right corner

5. In the user permissions view, move users between users with no access box and permitted users box using the arrows to give or remove user permission to a project

Disable a project

1. Press on the wrench in the upper right corner

4. Press on the turn off button on the right side in the project information box of the project you wish to disable

Reactivate a project

1. Press on the wrench in the upper right corner

4. Press on the reload button on the right side in the project information box of the disabled project you wish to reactivate

User management

In the users management view, admin users can create a new user, modify an existing user and reset password for users.

Disable user

1. Press on the wrench in the upper right corner

7. To activate the user again the user is edited again by clicking the pencil on the right side of the user information box and the Status of the user changed from Disabled to Active

 

Templates

In the template management view, admin users can create a new template and modify or delete an existing template.
The templates can then be used to make the shipment creation process faster and easier. They can be created globally within the customer and within projects.
These are the following templates that are available to the user:
