Set custom accumulative tolerance time on a temperature boundary boundary
Anchor | ||||
---|---|---|---|---|
|
To meet the requirements of our customers that have various products that adhere to various temperature and time constraints it is now possible to set a custom time period for temperature out of bounds before an alarm is sent out. Maximum allowed time has also been increased from 48 hours to 120 hours.
How does it work?
When adding shipment warnings to a new shipment simply select Custom for the time interval and then define the custom time period.
Once the shipment is underway and the temperature has been outside the boundary for the entered time a warning will be activated and sent to relevant contacts if applicable.
