If you are installing Controlant system for the first time,you should have got an email from Controlant support To setup your user account, Controlant Support will email the account provided with a link to the Facility Monitoring User Interface and a temporary login name and a password. If you don´t have this, you should contact Controlant support Contact Controlant Support at support@controlant.com if you do not receive this email or information.
