In the navigation panel on the left side, select collection where the report that you want to subscribe users

Under the name of collection, Click on REPORTS tab

Under RECURRENT REPORT SCHEDULES find a report that you want to subscribe users to and click on the icon REPORT SUBSCRIBERS

Select the user(s) you would like to subscribe by either clicking on the white field (the list of all the users who can be subscribed to the report will appear) or by starting typing their username, name or email address

Info title NOTE A user needs to have permission to view collection where the report defined, in order to give a user access to entity, see Give a user access to an entity
From the list, select a user that you would like to subscribe
Info title NOTE Multiple users can be selected from the lisT
Click on ADD AS SUBSCRIBERS

Names and emails of subscribers will appear below
In order to unsubscribe a user from a report, click on the TRASH BIN icon next to their name
