Logging in with MFA

If MFA has been enabled on an account all users are required to login with a MFA code delivered to the user’s email inbox or via SMS.

Step 1: Login with your username and password.

Changing delivery method of MFA code

Default delivery method of MFA code is via email. A user can choose to switch the method to SMS within the SCM Platform.

Step 1: Open User Settings.

• If no phone number is defined, the user cannot change the method to SMS.

• Before changing to SMS, please verify the phone number is correct.
