Products
The Products module is a new feature that we are introducing with this release. The feature allows our customers to import product-related data into the Controlant platform and link it to Controlant shipments. This will provide a detailed, real-time overview of your products in the supply chain. Product-related data can include a name, transport condition, batch number, and product stability data.
In upcoming releases, we will further enhance the feature by adding a comparison of logger temperature measurements against product stability data. This will provide Quality Release teams with an immediate overview of product quality and whether it is safe to release a monitored product to the market.
Note: The new Products Module will initially be available only through our API Integration.
Products in shipments will be accessible from a new tab within the shipment view. See below figure, as shown in the figure below.
SCM App update
The SCM App is used to scan loggers and link them to existing draft shipment. We shipments. In this release, we are introducing another option that allows the user users to also scan batch numbers associated with the shipment and store them as a custom property.
Minor changes
List The list of shipment templates are is now ordered alphabetically in the create shipment wizard.
Custom The custom property value field ('free text') limit has been extended to 1024 characters.
Various The character limit for a number of reference fields limit has been extended to 128 characters, including:
Shipment reference
Location name
Location reference
Added the possibility The ability to search for shipments based on their description is added.
When editing draft shipments, the “custom” warnings/contacts is now auto-selected in steps 2 and 3 of the shipment form.
Minor UX changes have been added to the Report Subscriptions screen in the Account admin.
Bug fixfixes:
Data tab now not showing data points outside of the shipment interval.
Loggers checking into deleted locations.
