During excursions
If a logger on battery crosses a boundary, it will start to wake up every 10 minutes for 1 hour, then every 1 hour for 5 hours and after that it will go into its normal wake-up routine.
Button functionality
To prevent users to be able to drain the battery too fast, the button press can only trigger a data upload a maximum of once every 1 hour. I.e. if the button is pressed the next possible button triggered upload can happen in no less than 1 hour.
The button press cannot trigger a wake-up once the battery goes below 3.7V which is around 25% in the UI
