On the Audit Trails page, the Admin user is able to view the traceability of shipment actions by users and and resources during a selected timeframe. Automatic actions performed by the Controlant platform, for example, automatically closed shipments, are included in the audit trail. Selection is confirmed by pressing the GO button.

The information displayed in the list of actions include:

  • Name and E-mail

    • Actions performed on shipments by the internal system are shown in the audit trail as actions made by Controlant System.

  • Username and Access Level

  • Resource Type and Resource ID

  • Time of Action and Action

  • Details (magnifying glass).

To view individual actions, the Admin user clicks on the magnifying glass under Details. The + inside a magnifying glass is a closed window and the - an open window. The Audit Entry Details displayed in an open window include:

  • Session

  • Status

  • Info

    • Audit trail entry about the Action

  • Data Snapshot

    • The complete text in the Info field is expanded here

The My actions… options displays the action of the Admin user signed into the Account Admin system for a selected timeframe.
