Normal User

Local Admin

Global Admin User (System Administrator)

For entities that a user has been given Normal access to:

  • Can view: active events (except maintenance events), overview, alert subscriptions, event triggers, statistics, event log, incidents, reports;
  • Can download temperature data;
  • Can subscribe themselves to alerts and reports;
  • Can create one-time reports;
  • Can create incidents;

For entities that a user has been given Admin access to:

  • Can create new entities
  • Can view: active events (including maintenance events), overview, alert subscriptions, event triggers, statistics, event log, incidents, reports;
  • Can modify: event triggers, entity settings (rename, edit, move, delete entity, set location, manage user access to entity);
  • Can download temperature data;
  • Can subscribe themselves and other users to alerts and reports;
  • Can create one-time and recurrent reports;
  • Can create new incidents and modify existing incidents;
  • Can create new users
  • Can create new entities within customer´s account

For all entities:

  • Can view: active events (including maintenance events), overview, alert subscriptions, event triggers, statistics, event log, incidents, reports;
  • Can modify: event triggers, entity settings (rename, edit, move, delete entity, set location, manage user access to entity);
  • Can download temperature data;
  • Can subscribe themselves and other users to alerts and reports;
  • Can create one-time and recurrent reports;
  • Can create new incidents, modify and approve existing incidents.

Note: incidents are only accessible on Asset level, reports on Collection level
