- Log into the user interface http://fm.controlant.com
- Select the location (asset or collection) that you want to receive alerts from. Please note. you dont have to subscribe to all fridges or assets. You only have to select the top level of entities that you want to receive alerts from. You will automatically be subscribed to all alerts from assets below the entity. See figure 1
- Select the "MY ALERT SUBSCRIPTION" Tab
4. Select "+ CREATE SUBSCRIPTION"
5. Select event types that you want to subscribe to and alert form (SMS and/or Email)
6. If you want to change or control when you receive alerts, the select the "Active when" drop down box
7. You can add another alert subscription. For examples if you want to receive all alerts on weekends but only Excursion and Severe Excursion on workdays
8. Select "CREATE" to activate you Alert Subscription
