Clearing Browser Cache

Clearing browser cache can, in some cases, fix unexpected problems you may be experiencing with your web application.

In many cases this can be done by doing a hard-refresh in the browser. To do a hard refresh you need to press Ctrl+F5 in most browsers on Windows, Shift+Cmd+R on Mac.

If a hard refresh is not solving your problems you may need to clear the cache from the browser. Below are the steps you need to take to clear the cache for Chrome and Internet Explorer Browsers
