3. Subscribe to Alerts

  1. Log into the User Interface at http://fm.controlant.com.

  2. Select the Location (Asset or Collection) from which you would like to receive alerts.

    1. Note: You do not need to subscribe to all Fridges or Assets to subscribe to Alerts. You only need to select the top Entity level from which you wish to receive Alerts. You will be automatically subscribed to all Alerts for the Assets listed below the Entity. See figure 1 below.


3. To subscribe, select the "My Alert Subscriptions" Tab.

4. Select "Create Subscription."

5. Select the Event types that you would like to subscribe to and select whether you would like to receive alerts via SMS and/or Email.

6. To customize when you receive Alerts, select "Active when" and indicate the timing from the drop-down box.

7. Add another Alert Subscription, if desired. For example, indicate whether you would like to receive all Alerts on weekends but only Excursion and Severe Excursions on workdays.  

8. Select "Create" to activate your Alert Subscription.
