5. Create a Report



You can create two types of reports:

  • One Time Report, or

  • Scheduled Report

Note: Reports are created on the Collection level (Facility, Region, etc.).

One-Time Report

1. Select the Collection for which you would like to create a Report.

2. Select the ReportsTab.

3. Select the "Create Report/Schedule" tab.

4. Select "One Time Report" from the drop-down, as shown below.

4. Complete the following information:

  1. Select a time period for the Report

  2. Provide a Report Title (name the Report)

  3. Write a Report Description

  4. Select the Temperature unit desired (Celsius or Fahrenheit)

  5. Select the desired timezone (if you would like to have the Report delivered in a different timezone)

  6. Select the Assets that you would like to include in the Report

  7. Select "Create Report"

  • Note: It may take up to two minutes for a Report to generate. 

  • When the Report is ready, it will appear on your screen.

5. To convert a Report to PDF, select "Download PDF," and the PDF file will be generated.

6. Generated Reports

  • View the list of generated Reports that can be accessed. You can: 

    • View the Report

    • Upload the Report to PDF

    • Delete the Report 

Schedule a Report

  1. To schedule a Report, Select the "Create Report/Schedule" button.

  2. Select Report Schedule type:

    1. One-Time Report

    2. Daily Report

    3. Weekly Report

    4. Monthly Report

3. Select when in the period for which the Report should be generated.



4. To create the Report, fill in the following information:

  1. Report Title (name of the Report)

  2. Report Description

  3. Temperature unit desired (Celsius or Fahrenheit) 

  4. Timezone (if you would like to receive the report from another timezone)

  5. Select Assets to be included in the Report

  6. Select "Create Schedule"



5. View a list of your Scheduled Reports:

  • You will see a list of scheduled reports under Recurring Report Schedules

  • You can do the following with the Report

    • View the Report

    • Access the Report Log (i.e. a list of reports that are generated according to your designated Schedule)

    • Edit Schedule (i.e. you can change the Schedule, add another asset to it, and more)

    • Copy Schedule (i.e. copy the Schedule for another Report)

    • Report Subscribers (i.e. Subscribe users to the Report)

    • Delete the Report 

6. Subscribe Report 

  • To Subscribe to a Report, select the Subscribe icon in the Scheduled Report list.



  • Select the user(s) you would like to Subscribe. 

8. Subscribe more than one user to the report

  • Select multiple users from the list

  • Click "Add as Subscribers"
