  • NOT Connected to power (12V/24V)

  • Connected to the Controlant Cloud

  • Action required 

    • Check if the wall mount power supply is connected in the wall power socket and to the gateway

    • To be sure, measure the voltage with a voltage meter in the connector that connects to the gateway

  • Off for 0,5 ceconds

  • NOT Connected to Controlant Cloud

  • Connected to Power (12V/24V)

  • Action required 

    • Check if the cellular antenna is connected to the gateway

    • Check cellular signal strength in the user interface. 

    • If the cellular signal is low in the facility

      • Move the gateway to a location where the gateway can receive sufficient signal strength

      • If that doent solve the problem:

        • Install an outdoor cellular antenna outside the facility and use an RF cable to connect to the gateway

        • Get the cellular service provider to install a cellular repeater inside the facility
