2. General introduction

1. Welcoming page

• When you have logged in to the user interface, the first thing you will see is a welcoming page
• On the left side is a System Overview Panel where you can see a list of locations (Collections and assets) that you have access to
• On the left bottom, you can see
  • Name of the account
  • Your user name
  • Time and Timezone
  • My Settings button
  • Log Out button
• Select 
• Select a entity name on the System Overview Panel on the left side to view data

3. Available tabs based on Collection, Asset or Measuring Point level

• Collection Level
  • On-going Events from all assets in the collection (in colour)
  • List of Sub-Collections and Assets
  • Tabs
    • Overview, see picture below
    • Schematic - Drawing of the facility (it has be created) with measuring points
    • My Alert Subscription -Subscribe to SMS and/or Email Alerts.
      • Note: You only need to subscribe to alerts once, at the top of the entity tree. You will automatically get alerts from all assets below in the collection
    • Statistics - Number of Events per month and per Asset and Measuring points (all assets and measuring points in the collection)
    • Event Log - List of past Events 
    • Reports - Create a one-time or scheduled report 
      • Note. Reports are created on collection level

• Asset Level
  • On-going events for all Measuring Points in the Asset
  • Current temperature of all Measuring Points in the Asset (if more than one)
  • A bar showing temperature boundaries (Event Triggers) and current temperature
  • Graph showing temperature for the past 24 hours for all Measuring Points in the asset (if more than one)
  • Below the graph
    • Time Frame
      • Select temperature graph time frame. Up to 30 days period
    • Stats - (Calculated values for the Asset)
      • MKT (Mean Kinetic temperature)
      • Avg (Average Temperature)
      • Min Temperature
      • Max Temperature 
    • Data (Upload Data)
      • Excel
      • CSV
      • TSV
  • Tabs
    • Overview
    • My Alert Subscription 
      • Note: It is not needed to subscribe to alert on each Asset. You can do it once at collection level

      • Note: Indents are registered on Asset level for each asset

• Measuring Point Level
  • On-Going events for the Measuring Point
  • Current temperature 
  • Logger ID number (logger connected to the Measuring Point)
  • RF signal Strength between the logger and a Gateway
  • Logger battery level
  • Temperature graph (past 24 hours)
  • Below the graph
    • Time Frame
      • Select temperature graph time frame. Up to 30 days period
    • Stats - (Calculated values for the Asset)
      • MKT (Mean Kinetic temperature)
      • Avg (Average Temperature)
      • Min Temperature
