1)   Select “Admin” (if you do not see it you have a restricted access)

2)   Last time login 

It is possible to see when all the user logged into the system last time (in Months (M), Weeks (W) and Days (D))

If the mouse cursor if placed over the "last login time" a box appears with the date of the last login

The last log in information can be in green, black or red colors:

 - Green = Less than 7 days

 - Black = between 7 and 30 days

 - Red = More than 30 days

3) Select the “magnifying glass” next to the user you want to look up

3)   Select “Show Audit Trail”

4)   Then the audit trail including how often the person has logged in appears.
