  1. In the navigation panel on the left side, select collection where you want to create a report
  2. Under the name of collection, Click on REPORTS tab

  3. To schedule a Report, Select the "Create Report/Schedule" button.

  4. Select Report Schedule type:
    1. One-Time Report
    2. Daily Report
    3. Weekly Report
    4. Monthly Report

3. Select when in the period for which the Report should be generated.


5. To create the Report, fill in the following information:

  • Report Title (name of the Report)
  • Report Description
  • Timezone (if you would like to receive the report from another timezone)
  • Type of measurements included in the report
  • Temperature unit (for temperature reports)
  • Assets included in the report

6. Click on CREATE SCHEDULE


7. Report will appear on the list of scheduled reports under RECURRING REPORT SCHEDULES 

  • You can do the following with the Report
    • View the Report
    • Access the Report Log (i.e. a list of reports that are generated according to your designated Schedule)
    • Edit Schedule (i.e. you can change the Schedule, add another asset to it, and more)
    • Copy Schedule (i.e. copy the Schedule for another Report)
    • Report Subscribers (i.e. Subscribe users to the Report)
    • Delete the Report
