- Check if the cellular antenna is connected to the gateway
- Check cellular signal strength in the user interface.
- If the cellular signal is low in the facility
- Move the gateway to a location where the gateway can receive sufficient signal strength
- If that doent solve the problem:
- Install an outdoor cellular antenna outside the facility and use an RF cable to connect to the gateway
- Get the cellular service provider to install a cellular repeater inside the facility
