You can create two types of reports; One time report and Scheduled report

Please note, Reports are created on Collection level (the facility, region etc.)


One-Time Report

  1. Select the collection that you want to create a report

  2. Select the Report Tab

Select the button "CREATE REPORT/SCHEDULE"

4. Select "One Time Report" from the drop down box

4. Fill in information to create the report

  1. Select time period for the report
  2. Write Report title
  3. Write Report Description
  4. Select Temperature unit (Celsius or Fahrenheit)
  5. Select timezone if you want to have the report in a different timezone
  6. Select ASSETS that you want to include in the Report
  7. Select "CREATE REPORT"

  • Please note: It can take up to two minutes to create the report.

  • When the report is ready, it will appear on your screen

5. To convert the report to PDF, select the "DOWNLOAD PDF" button and the PDF file will be uploaded

6. Generated reports

  • List of generated reports will be accessible to you. You can 
    • View the report
    • Upload the report to PDF
    • Delete the report
