When data is missing from active shipments, it is displayed in the Shipments tab under Active shipments as shown on the image below. When data is missing from a shipment, the user is unable to process and analyze the shipment, and a report is not generated. By identifying the problem, the user is able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
The user can see all the active shipments with missing data, as well as which loggers in the shipments are missing data.
