Account access

To setup your user account, Controlant Support will email the account provided with a link to the Facility Monitoring User Interface and a temporary login name and a password. Please log into the system with the provided account information then change your email and password . If you don´t have this, you should contact Controlant support according to your preference. Contact Controlant Support at support@controlant.comLink  if there is any issue.

Configuration information

Please prepare your facility drawing (map) with device location and the device installation log before programming the device(s) in the User Interface. These are the best practices: 1.3.3 Installation preparation and process.

The device installation log should include.:

• Name of spaces and rooms monitored

  Give the space a name, the name
