1 - Find a drawing of the facility or make one if
- Mark location of the loggers, following the guidelines
- Mark location of the gateways, following the guidelines
you cant find it
2 - Mark on the drawing where measurement loggers
should be placed
3 - Mark on the drawing where the
gateways should be placed, following the guidelines
4 - Check
for cellular connection where the gateways should be placed
5 - Check for electricity where the gateway
should be placed
6 - Let
a electrician install power sockets
next to the gateway, if needed
7 - Fasten the gateway, following the guidelines
8 - Turn the gateway ON and check if it has connected to the Controlant data cloud
9 - Mark the gateway ID number on the facility drawing
10 - Distribute and fasten the measurement loggers, following the guidelines
11 - Mark on the facility drawing loggers ID numbers and location
(shelf number etc.)
12 - Keep a log (Excel sheet) about all installed gateways/loggers with relevant information
