In My Display Settings, the Admin user selects the default display settings for users in the user interface.
Admin users can lock the default settings to make it applicable for all users, or leave it unlocked for user to use their default settings, as shown on the image below to the right of the fields.

Language
English
Spanish
Timezone
All time zones available
Units
Temperature unit
Celsius
Fahrenheit
Velocity unit
Kilometers per Hour (km/h)
Miles per Hour (m/h)
