Release type

Minor

This minor update of SCM includes a new feature that allows admin users to create a duplicate of existing shipments. It also adds support in the Products Module for creating and displaying Products without stability data definition. This update also adds a field for batch references.

Finally a bug that resulted in loggers not becoming available to use in certain circumstances if the shipment was manually delivered was fixed.

Introducing a duplicate shipment function

We will be adding a new feature that allows Admin users to create duplicate of existing shipments. This feature will come in handy e.g. when a shipment needs to be recreated.

The button will be accessible in the single shipment view like shown below.

Duplicating a shipment will result in a new Draft shipment being created with all the information from the original shipment except Comments, Shipment Status and any inspection related information.

SCM system now allows Products with no stability data

Products with no stability data definition will now be listed together with other products in a shipment under the Products tab. Previously Products without stability data were mapped to Custom Properties.

Furthermore, restrictions were removed for Products so that Transport conditions definition is no longer required when creating a new Product. If this definition is not available Controlant will display the Transport Condition as a “-”.

The Products are grouped at the bottom of the Products list and are indicated with a empty set icon.

Batch Reference field

The Batch References that are defined for each product will be displayed in the shipment reports, one batch per row in case multiple batches are defined for a product.

See screenshot above for the shipment reports with Batch Reference column.
