Improvements to SCM App

This release focused on several updates to the SCM App.

Warnings steps added:

• Changing status of a shipment from Draft to Ready

• When adding logger to a shipment that is not fully charged

Improved search function:

• Search option added to the main view.

Other minor updates to SCM App:

• Allowing users to utilize bar code scanners in input fields - not only when selecting loggers

• When adding loggers to a shipment users can scan logger id, logger reference and logger description in sequence without needing to select anything on the screen
