Shipment report updates
Shipment report email body restyling:
Shipment report email underwent restyling. See below a screenshot of a part of the email body for a sample shipment.
Shipment report email subject:
Shipment report email subject updated to provide clarity if the corresponding shipment needs further action or not.
In the screenshot below the first two emails have the updated subject. The oldest email has the previous email subject.
New email subject: [Controlant Report] Quality: <Shipment Quality> - Ref: <Shipment Reference>
Old email subject: Report for Controlant SCM shipment: <Shipment Reference>
Manually request reports:
Users can now also manually request shipment reports for shipments with status Shipping and Delivered. Previously users could only manually request shipment report for shipments with status Closed.
Include shipment comments in Shipment reports:
Shipment comments can be added to shipment reports as a default. This configuration is avaiable in the Account Admin UI.
Comments can also be optionally included in shipment reports when manually requesting shipment reports.
Custom Properties added to shipment report email body
Custom Properties added to a shipment are now included in the email body as well as in the .pdf report for a shipment report.
This will enable users to search by custom properties such as batch number, tracking number etc. within the email client to quickly find a specific report.
Further changes related to shipment reports
Signature/Date field removed from the .pdf report.
Added possibility to have shipment reports resent once the final inspection has been concluded and shipment closed.
180 hours delay on excursions.
Extending the range for excursion delay to 180 hours from 120 hours. This means that an excursion can be triggered after the temperature has been outside the defined boundary for accumulative 180 hours.
Minor updates
Allowing CMS as a prefix with the Logger ID when searching for shipments based on Logger ID. Thisis to enable searching based on Logger ID when scanning in the barcode.
Event for a delivered logger changed from “Logger enters standby mode” to “Logger delivered”.
Bug fix: Contact selector dropdown was not working properly in Contacts Template.
