Fixing a bug where excursion notifications were not sent out if the shipment reference contained illegal characters. The characters that are now handled in addition are: ; # , :
The fix was needed for two different email message templates but was only applied for one in the first patch (v.2.23.9), which is the reason for the two separate patches (v.2.23.9 and v.2.23.10).
