Problems

1The gateway doesn't connect to the Controlant cloud

The green LED indicator on the gateway ON for 3 sec and OFF for 0,5 sec or ON for 0,5 sec and OFF for 3 sec, see 1.3.4.4 Gateway LED light behavior

The User Interface indicates Data missing

Check if the gateway is connected to power, see 1.3.2 Quick Installation Guide - Gateway

Check if the Cellular antenna is fastened to the gateway, see 1.3.2 Quick Installation Guide - Gateway

Check the behavior of the LED light indicator on the gateway, see 1.3.4.4 Gateway LED light behavior

Check the cellular signal strength where the gateway is located, see 1.3.4.3 Gateway Cellular Connection

2The gateway sometimes loses connection to the Controlant cloud

Data connection warning

Data missing in the User interface (Note the data is stored in the logger and it will be uploaded when it has a connection to the gateway)

It is likely that the gateway has a bad connection to the cellular network. Review the gateway location and installation, see 1.3.4 Device installation

Check the location of the logger and make sure that the logger isn't surrounded by isolating materials such as metal, thick walls, liquid etc, see 1.3.4.1 Warehouse

Check the location of the gateway and the distribution of them, see 1.3.4.1 Warehouse

Unnecessary data connection warnings

NO connection warning in the user interface

Improve the gateway distribution and gateway and logger location see 1.3.4.1 Warehouse
